"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered this while I was sitting around making coffee one morning, and it actually showed up fast. The tracking was decent enough, not super detailed but it let me know it was on the way. The only thing was the box arrived a little bent, though the item itself was fine.

"Really disappointing support experience"
I tried reaching out for help with my order, and it took way too long for anyone to get back to me. When they finally did, the response didn’t really solve anything and felt dismissive. I get that issues happen, but companies need to take responsibility and actually help customers when something goes wrong. it felt like they just didn’t care, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"I was worried my curls would drop after..."
I was worried my curls would drop after all the time I spent styling them, but this held them well. I’d hate to go through the effort just to lose the shape right away, and thankfully that didn’t happen.

"I feel stupid for trusting this would be..."
I feel stupid for trusting this would be comfortable. The layout is clunky, the grip feels awkward, and after using it for a bit my hand started hurting. It’s just not comfy at all and feels like a really poor design

"Easy heat settings and heats up quick"
I got this from pythair.com the heat settings are really easy to figure out. I like that I can turn it down if I’m just doing a quick touch up, then crank it up a bit when my hair decides to be difficult. It heats up fast too, which I appreciate because I’m usually in a rush. Anyway, so far I’m happy with it.

I used this for a few weeks and my hair started feeling drier and seemed to break more than usual. I tried reaching out about it, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read my message. Just not a good fit for me.

I ordered hair from pythair.com it looked really nice when I first got it. Maybe I expected too much, but after a few weeks it started feeling a little dry and tangled more than I thought it would. It’s not unusable or anything, I can still make it work with some extra care, but for the price, I guess I thought it would last a bit longer. I don’t know, maybe I’m being picky, but I’d say it’s okay. Not awful, just not as amazing as I hoped.

I ordered from PYT Hair mostly because the prices were better than a lot of other places I checked. The hair turned out nice, soft, and looked close to the pictures, so for what I paid, I’m happy with it.
Shipping wasn’t the fastest and the packaging was basic, but those aren’t big issues for me as long as the hair is good. There’s a little room for improvement, but overall I think it was worth it

"I wish I could read reviews before purchasing❌❌"

I was advised in store that the item could be returned or exchanged if needed. I would not have purchased a £200 product otherwise.
After using the product, it does not perform as expected. The styling effect does not last even a few hours despite correct use.
I contacted the company, a refund was refused and only an exchange was offered.
This experience a was extremely disappointing and I wish I could not buy anything and waste my money and energy after to argue with them ❌
